In Pingdelivery we are developing full-cycle SaaS for Last Mile Delivery which is prefectly fit for any vertical. It is modular system which can be customized based on your operations. Pingdelivery Last-Mile Delivery Software consist of the following modules:
- Call Center. This interface is made to verify customer orders, consult them, make up-sales and cross-sales. It is way to put all product list infromation into the system with prices and promo for autocalculations.
- Dispatch and Planning.Route optimization helps to organize driver's tasks in more efficient way (maximize deliveries, increase capacity, minimize cost and delivery time)
- Driver's application.All drivers get access to their tasks in real-time and can plan their work. Dispatcher will be notified about any order changes.
- Finance. This module helps uto control collections and cash wallet of each driver. You are controlling that all drivers return all money received from customers.
- Inventory. We can monitor actual balance of products in stores, warehouses and control it on courier hands in real-time.Drivers are ready for same hour delivery if stock available on his hands.
- Analytics. Get full information about sales, deliveries, buyout, reject reasons, etc. All provided KPIs will help you to understand where you should improve your business.
- Open API. Our platform can be seamlessly integrated with our clients' IT framework through API, webhooks, widgets and SDKs for end-customer mobile or web applications. We automatically distribute order volume between our delivery teams depending on geolocation, performance, capacity, stock level and track their results.
