Best Business Software is an independent software directory and research platform. We work with vendors on clearly defined, transparent formats that help readers learn about a product without changing independent editorial conclusions.
Available formats
- Product listing support. Vendors can submit a product, supply current factual information and request correction of errors in an existing listing.
- Clearly labelled sponsored content. A vendor case study, interview or sponsored article may be considered when it is useful to readers and is visibly marked.
- Research sponsorship. A sponsor can be acknowledged where appropriate, but cannot influence research criteria, ratings, methodology or conclusions.
- On-site visibility. Contextual placements may be available where they can be identified clearly and do not mislead readers about editorial selection.
What we do not sell
- Positions in independent rankings or comparison results.
- Editorial conclusions, product ratings or research methodology.
- Raw lists of user email addresses or personal data.
Editorial and data principles
Commercial materials are reviewed for factual accuracy and marked before publication. Vendor-supplied information is kept separate from editorial assessment. A reader’s contact details are shared with a vendor only when that reader explicitly asks to be contacted by that named vendor.
Demonstration videos are considered only when supplied by a vendor with permission to publish and when they match the relevant product listing.
